  Highly recommend for all, just keep in mind that even during the summer at the top can be very cold and you have to prepared ( temperature at summit about 0-5 degrees in the summer, especially if its not sunny day)

  Stunning views from the summit. We walked the Merritt's Nature Trail on the way up to the Eagle's Nest. After a brief break we continued to the summit. We were climbing in May, which meant that it wasn't too cold on the top. You'd still need a jacket though. The walk to the summit from the Eagle's Nest is fairly easy. Merritt's Nature Trail was not as strenuous as I expected, but I definitely worked up a sweat. On the way down we followed Merritt's Traverse. This was not a pretty as the track we took up, but still quite nice. It's more for vehicles than people though.
